Member Services: problems, concerns, compliments

We want you to be satisfied with the health care and service you receive from Kaiser Permanente. If you have any questions or concerns, please discuss them with your doctor or with the nursing staff who is caring for you. They are committed to your satisfaction and want to help you with your questions.

Member Services representatives are also available to help answer your questions and obtain the services or assistance you may need. In addition to answering questions about benefits and appointments, Member Service representatives can be your voice within Kaiser Permanente. They can listen to your suggestions, comments, ideas, concerns, and compliments, and then direct them to the appropriate personnel.
